Honey Recipes - Honey Garlic Spareribs

(Taken from the brockvillefarmersmarket.ca website - another great, delish sounding recipe using honey instead of refined white sugar!) This one really sounds like a keeper...

Honey Garlic Spareribs
3 lbs spareribs
1/2 cup Ontario (or any variety) Honey
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup ketchup
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp pepper

Par boil or simmer ribs for one hour. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over spareribs.
Bake in a covered roasting pan at 350 degrees F., basting regularly, for 3 hours or until tender.
