Baking Tip from a Professional Baker - Good for Pie and Tart Baking
You know I love to collect pie recipes! So, here's a great way to use those pie recipes and create delicious pies and tarts that are perfectly baked. A professional baker's tip, no less!

Eggnog Bread Recipe #1 - Submitted by Wendy
EGGNOG BREAD RECIPE

Here is an easy eggnog bread recipe that's very good.
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup eggnog
1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. rum extract
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of bread pan. Beat eggs, add sugar, eggnog, butter,rum extract and vanilla. Blend well, add flour, baking powderand nutmeg. Stir until just moistened. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 min., or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, remove bread from pan.
