Here's a post that should have everyone smiling...an ooey gooey treat of the day. Today it is gourmet Ghirardelli premium hot chocolate that will comfort you on the coldest, snowiest winter's day. Top with a fluff of freshly whipped cream or a few marshmallows, and you have guaranteed comfort in a cup.

Homemade Hot Cocoa/Hot Chocolate In a Jar Mixes

Hot Chocolate Mix #1

3 cups powdered milk
1/2 cup good cocoa
3/4 cup sugar or splenda
Mix well put in decorative jar. To make use 4 Tbl mix to 8oz boiling water. Serve with marshmellows or whipped cream on top!
Big Batch Hot Cocoa Mix
From Sandra
8 Quart Box Powdered Milk
2 Pound Container Nestles Quik
6 oz. Coffee Creamer
1 Box (3 1/2 cups) Powdered Sugar, sifted
Mix all ingredients together.
Store in an air tight container.
Put 1/3 cup of mixture in a mug.
Fill mug with boiling water.
