Recipe Request: Homemade Wheat Bisquick
Sharon recently wrote me this email:
"I am looking for a recipe to make a homemade wheat version of Bisquick. Can anyone help? "
Sharon, I wasn't sure if you meant whole wheat, or just a wheat version. :) I have a variety of Copycat Bisquick Recipes on the website. You can use one of those and substitute some of it for whole wheat flour and rest with whole wheat pastry flour, which is a finer texture and nearly the same as plain old all-purpose flour!
