Foil Baked Corn on the Cob - Summer Grilling Recipes
Bake it or pop it onto the grill - nothing tastes better than this amazingly good corn! :) Start with locally grown corn for the best results.
FOIL BAKED CORN ON THE COB
12 ears fresh corn
SEASONED BUTTER: 1/2 c. butter1/2 tsp. salt Preheat oven to 450 degrees or prepare coals in grill. Remove husks and silk from corn just before cooking; rinse ears. Spread seasoned butter on corn and place each ear on a piece of heavy aluminum foil. Wrap securely. Bake or grill 4-6 inches above glowing coals 20-25 minutes.
Other seasonings you may want to try for the seasoned butter are: 1/2 tsp. garlic salt to 1/2 cup butter 1/2 teaspoon hickory-smoked salt to 1/2 cup butter 1/2 teaspoon barbecue spice to 1/2 cup butter.
