PAT’S TURKEY CHILI
SLOW COOKER RECIPE
Submitted by Pat - thanks! :) Sounds yummy.

Hi Christina,

I revised my turkey chili recipe and thought I would pass it on to you. I made a batch this week since it is colder out and it turned out great!

Pat in Michigan

1 28 oz can stewed tomatoes
1 6 oz can tomato paste
3/4 cup water
1 can each pinto, black and kidney beans
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup green pepper, diced
2 t chili seasoning
1 lb ground turkey
Brown turkey, green pepper and onion until turkey is cooked through.
Drain off grease and put in slow cooker.
Add stewed tomatoes after running through a blender.
Add all beans and water.
Add tomato paste and chili seasoning.
Stir well.
Cook on high setting for two hours.
Reduce heat and cook three hours more on low setting.
Makes 5 quarts
