Whipped Cream Pound Cake
This would be DELIGHTFUL with a hot cup of tea. You could jazz this up with berries and more whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate sauce, or even some warmed up apricot jam.

1 cup whipping cream
2 sticks butter
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tsp vanilla

Whip cream and set aside. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour and eggs alternately, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Fold in whipped cream. Bake in a large tube pan which has been greased and floured. Bake at 325 deg about 1 1/4 hours.
