Household/Cooking Tips & Hints: Get More Juice out of Lemons
Here are two of my favorite ways to get more juice out of lemons, whenever you're using them in recipes:
- Roll the lemon on the countertop before using - it helps to release extra lemon juice
- Dip in a bowl or cup of hot tap water for a few seconds - this also helps to get more juice out of every lemon!
