Tips for Making Crunchy Chicken Tenders (Homemade Chicken Nuggets)
Recently, one reader asked for advice on easy ways to create crunchy chicken nugget coating for homemade chicken tenders/chicken nuggets. :) Here are some great tips and hints from readers:
Have you tried using seasoned bread crumbs? That's what I use for making "Chicken fillets" . tredge you tenders in melted butter/or whipped egg and then in the bread crumbs-bake as for "fried chicken"
Japanese bread crumbs are chunkier and work great for crunchy nuggets coating
