Recipe Found: Easy Microwave Fudge Recipe
For the fudge loving member who wants an easy microwave way to make Fudge.
Microwave Fudge Submitted by Gerry D.
1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 lb. confectioners' sugar 1/2 cup margarine or butter 1/4 cup milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup chopped nuts
Mix cocoa powder and confectioners sugar in microwave pan. Slice margarine on top. Pour on milk but do not mix. Cover and cook for 2 minutes at full power. Add vanilla and nuts; stir to mix well. Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Chill one hour. Cut into squares. Makes 64 pieces.
